A cosmopolitan city, yet oozing with olde world charm and history, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to places to visit, eat, drink and dance. And what better way to introduce your hen or stag party to the wonders of Dublin than a treasure hunt-style challenge? Not only will you get to explore some of the city’s most interesting corners, you’ll have a lot of fun along the way. This is the perfect way to kick start your stag or hen weekend and if there are members of your hen or stag group who don’t yet know each other, you can be sure they will after this activity – as working together is essential.
How does it work?
The premise is simple. You and your friends will be split into teams. You have up to three hours to work your way through a series of clues in order to crack a six-digit code which will allow the winning team to unlock the final prize.
The clues are all hidden around Dublin’s main tourist and shopping areas, including some of the most famous landmarks such as the lively Temple Bar area and Molly Malone’s statue.
These clues will be a mix of factual and fun. Some will be downright silly. You will also be required to undertake a few challenges (once you’ve had your first Guinness, we’re pretty sure you’ll rise to the occasion!) – and a few photographic tasks will be thrown in, so you’ll have a lasting memento of your experience.
As you successfully solve your clues, you will be rewarded with parts of a secret code. When you have all the numbers you require, you need to make your way to the final destination to unlock the prize. If you are the first team to successfully do this, then you are the winners!
What kind of challenges will there be?
We don’t want to give too much away here, it will spoil the fun. But think along the lines of ‘dares’ which need to be captured on camera, such as jumping behind a bar to pull a pint or taking a dive on the rugby pitch….and you’ll be along the right lines!
In summary, here are just a few reasons why you will love our ‘Craic the Code’ challenge:
