How to Book - Group Bookings (minimum 8 people)

Your step-by-step guide to booking an amazing activity event for your private group…

STEP 1
Check availability. We will check availability, answer any questions you may have – and confirm the price.

STEP 2
Make a provisional booking. Simply send an email to kimo@kippure.com with your activity choice, your name and contact details, the number of people in your group and the dates.  Your provisional booking can be held for a maximum of 14 days.    

STEP 3
Confirm your booking. Confirm the booking using our downloadable PDF booking form. Booking forms can also be obtained from our office. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost quoted will be required.  Please make a full payment if you are booking within 14 days of your event date.          

STEP 4
On receipt of your completed booking form and deposit we will send you an email confirming your booking.

STEP 5
Confirmation of final numbers. Final participant numbers must be confirmed 2 weeks in advance of the event. The numbers agreed at this point will be the numbers charged for!   This policy applies to activities, accommodation, meals and other services booked at Kippure Estate.

STEP 6
Agree time table. At this point we will also ask you to agree the proposed itinerary. 

STEP 7
Balance payment. On confirmation of your final numbers, 2 weeks prior to the event, we will send you the balance invoice (email attachment in PDF format) outlining the total cost, the deposit received and the amount of the balance payment due. Full payment must be made no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
