Food & Drink at Kippure Estate
Food, glorious food…
Mouthwatering menus, professional staff and a fun ambiance will all make for a most memorable event here at Kippure Estate. We can offer groups a wide range of menus. All you need to do is choose what you would like, then sit back, relax and leave the rest to us! Our chef can tailor a menu to your exact requirements, from tasty, low-cost buffet lunches to traditional barbecues to exquisite fine dining – and just about anything else in between. Prices start from just €8.50 p. p. for soup & sandwiches or €15 p. p. for a buffet-style dinner. Please note: meals are available to groups only (minimum 8 people) and must be booked in advance, prior to your arrival.
Dining Facilities
We can accommodate up to 60 guests in our dining room and bar area and combined with the adjacent Cransillagh Room, we can comfortably seat an additional 120 people. The tables can be configured appropriately, according to the size of your group. For groups of more than 180 people, it is possible to hire a marquee in the Estate grounds. Barbecues
The beautiful Wicklow Mountains National Park provides a most impressive backdrop for outdoors dining. Barbecues are usually served in an idyllic woodland setting on the Estate and we can offer a range of BBQ menus from traditional to rustic to something a little bit special.
Bar
The fully licensed bar at Kippure Estate is a great place to relax after a day of activities. We serve a wide range of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. On a fine day, you can sit out in our front garden and marvel and the beautiful surroundings of the Estate. During the colder months, an open log fire creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. There is also a separate lounge area for guests requiring some quiet time.
Please note that we only open the bar on request to pre-brooked groups (minimum 8 people). The bar is not normally open to the general public.
It is essential that you confirm if and when you require use of the bar when you make your booking.
Our latest bar opening hours are:
- Friday and Saturday until 12.30 am
- Monday to Thursday until 11.30 pm
- Sundays until 11.00 pm
There is a possibility of extending the opening hours, at the manager’s discretion.
